<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a live rock suitable for growth of organisms. <；P>；SOLUTION: The structure for the live rock is obtained as follows: Sand and cement measured in prescribed amounts are prepared and charged into a kneader (step S101). Water and an admixture measured in prescribed amounts are charged into the mixture of the cement and the sand (step S102). The resultant mixture of the sand, the cement, the water and the admixture is kneaded and mixed (step S103). When the mixture is sufficiently kneaded and mixed, the obtained mixture is molded into a desired shape (the shape of the live rock) (step S104) and the resultant molded product is cured in water (step S105).
