The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopaedics. An implant for an osteotomy is made of metal or alloy and has the shape of a prism having a base in the form of a right-angled triangle comprising a long leg, a short leg and a hypotenuse. The invention is characterized in that the prism comprises a set of main channels creating porosity, wherein the channels are elongated in a direction perpendicular to the long leg and/or hypotenuse. The prism comprises a set of additional channels perpendicular to the main channels. The intervals between the channels are formed by a sintered metallic powder. The sintered metallic powder is a sintered powder of titanium or a titanium alloy. The technical result of the proposed design of a porous structure for medical implants is to improve the elastic characteristics of implants on account of the possibility of further improving porosity.L'objet de l'invention concerne le domaine de la médecine et, plus particulièrement, la traumatologie et l'orthopédie. L'implant pour ostéotomie est fait d'un métal ou d'un alliage et possède la forme d'un prisme possédant une base sous la forme d'un triangle rectangle ayant des cathètes courte et longue et une hypoténuse. Il se distingue en ce que le prisme comporte un ensemble de canaux principaux créant un effet de porosité, les canaux éant allongés dans le sens de la direction orthogonale à la cathète longue et/ou à l'hypoténuse. Le prisme comprend un ensemble de canaux supplémentaires orthogonaux aux canaux principaux. Les interstices entre canaux sont formés par de la poudre métallique frittée. La poudre métallique frittée est une poudre frittée de titane ou d'un alliage de titane.
