A useful model refers to medical technology, in particular to mechanical prosthesis of the heart valve. The valve comprises a body and a locking member formed in the form of four identical convex-concave flaps that are able to disperse in different directions, forming a central passage opening when the valve is opened. The flaps are connected to the body by means of pivot joints formed by slots located on the end surface of the body and projections located on the lower part of the flaps in the corresponding groove holes. In the lower part of the leaf there is a protrusion, which has a triangular cross-section, limiting the movement of the leaf when it is opened. The technical result of the useful model of the quadruple heart valve prosthesis is to reduce the outflow of the wing edges beyond the contours of the body in the open position and to reduce the risk of damage to the aortic surface by the flaps. Also, with the loss of one leaf in the closed and open wedging, there is an advantage in view of the smaller influence on the diameter of the model of the four-leaf opening of the valve prosthesis. 5 of Fig.Полезная модель относится к медицинской технике, в частности к механическим протезам клапана сердца. Клапан содержит корпус и запирающий элемент, выполненный в виде четырех одинаковых выпукло-вогнутых створок, которые имеют возможность расходиться в разные стороны, формируя центральное пропускное отверстие при открытии клапана. Створки связаны с корпусом посредством шарнирных соединений, образованных пазами, расположенными на торцевой поверхности корпуса, и выступами, расположенными на нижней части створок соответствующими по форме отверстиям паза.
