The present invention relates to an Oryza sativa nuclear factor Y27 (OsNFY27) promoter specific to an endosperm or an aleurone layer of plant seeds, and a method for specifically expressing exotic genes in an endosperm or an aleurone layer of transformed plants. The exotic genes can be specifically expressed in an endosperm or an aleurone layer of plant seeds by using the OsNFY27 promoter. Accordingly, the OsNFY27 promoter can be used for analyzing objective gene functions in mature seeds, thereby being used for developing functional seeds therethrough.본 발명은 식물 종자의 배유 또는 호분층 특이적 OsNFY27(Oryza sativa Nuclear Factor Y27) 프로모터, 및 이를 이용하여 외래 유전자를 형질전환 식물체의 배유 또는 호분층에서 특이적으로 발현시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 OsNFY27 프로모터를 이용하면 외래 유전자를 식물 종자의 배유 또는 호분층에서 특이적으로 발현시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 성숙 종자 내에서의 목적 유전자 기능 분석에 유용하게 이용할 수 있고, 이를 통해 기능성 종자를 개발하는 데에 이용할 수 있다.
