Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer O/W-Emulsion, aufweisend die folgenden Schritte: a) Bereitstellen einer Ölphase und einer Wasserphase, b) Vormischen der Ölphase und der Wasserphase zu einer O/W-Präemulsion und c) Homogenisieren der O/W-Präemulsion zu einer O/W-Emulsion mittels wenigstens eines Gegenstrahldispergators.
