The present invention relates to a sealing device of culture medium packs for mushroom cultivation capable of sealing the inlet of culture medium packs after automatically inserting seed cultures for mushroom cultivation into the culture medium packs where culture mediums for mushroom cultivation are stored. The packing device of culture medium packs for mushroom cultivation according to the present invention comprises: a transfer conveyor for transferring the culture medium packs of which the upper part is opened in a state where the culture mediums are inserted therein； a pack guide unit installed above the transfer conveyor and capable of guiding the upper position of the culture medium packs； a pack opening unit positioned behind the pack guide unit on the transferring direction of the transfer conveyor and capable of opening the upper inlet of the culture medium packs； a seed culture input unit for inputting the seed cultures for mushroom cultivation to the culture medium packs opened by the pack opening unit to be inoculated； and a sealing unit arranged behind the seed culture input unit on the moving direction of the transfer conveyor and capable of sealing the culture medium packs by thermally welding the opened upper part of the culture medium packs in which the seed cultures are inoculated.본 발명은 버섯 재배용 배지가 입봉되어 있는 배지봉투에 버섯 재배를 위한 종균을 자동으로 투입한 후 배지봉투의 입구를 밀봉하여 포장하는 버섯재배용 배지봉투의 포장장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 버섯재배용 배지봉투의 포장장치는 배지가 내부에 투입되어 있고 상부가 개구되어 있는 배지봉투를 이송하는 이송컨베이어와, 상기 이송컨베이어의 상부에 설치되며, 상기 배지봉투의 상부 위치를 가이드하기 위한 봉투가이드유닛과, 상기 이송컨베이어의 이송방향 상에서 상기 봉투가이드유닛의 후방에 위치하며, 상기 배지봉투의 상부측 입구를 개방하기 위한 봉투개구유닛과, 상기 봉투개구유닛에 의해 개방된 배지봉투에 버섯 재배용 종균을 투입하여 접종하는 종균투입유닛과, 상기 이송컨베이어의 이동방향 상에서 상기 종균투입유닛의 후방에 마련되며 종균이 접종된 배지봉투의 개구된 상부를 열융착하여 밀봉하는 실링유닛을 구비한다.
