PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair storing device and a vehicle compactly storing a wheelchair within the vehicle cabin.SOLUTION: The wheelchair storing device 10 is composed of a support part 11 supporting the wheelchair 5 a first turning mechanism 12 turning the support part 11 around a shaft along the vehicle height an arm 14 supporting the first turning mechanism 12 and a second turning mechanism 15 turning the arm 14 around a shaft along the vehicle longitudinal direction.
