The invention relates to methods for threshing crops by magnetically treating the freshly threshed seeds in order to alter the biophysical, biochemical and physicochemical properties thereof, and can be used in agriculture to magnetize seeds in the process of threshing different types of crops during harvesting. In the crop threshing method, which includes threshing to separate the mass of grain and chaff into an edible portion and a non-grain portion, the freshly threshed edible portion of the harvest is magnetically treated during the threshing process using a beater-type threshing drum. Magnetically treating the edible portion of the harvest increases the viability, yield and quality of crops and also extends the storage life thereof without loss of quality.Linvention concerne des procédés de battage des cultures par traitement magnétique des graines fraîchement battues afin de modifier leurs propriétés biophysiques, biochimiques et physico-chimiques, ces procédés pouvant être utilisés en agriculture pour magnétiser les graines dans le processus de battage de différents types de cultures lors de la récolte. Dans le procédé de battage des cultures qui comprend le battage pour séparer la masse de grains et de glumes en une partie comestible et en une partie sans grains, la partie comestible fraîchement battue de la récolte est traitée magnétiquement cours du processus de battage au moyen dun cylindre de battage de type batteur.
