The present invention relates to a quartz pipe mounted UV sterilizer for protecting multi-functional UV lamps. The objectives of the present invention are to prevent foreign substances inside target processing water from being absorbed to the surfaces of quartz pipes inside a UV radiation module or a UV chamber by attaching tube shaped reinforcing members to the quartz pipe and forming a concave and convex unit in order to promote UV irradiation, to lower probability of damage by enhancing strength of impact resistance of the quartz pipes, to prevent fragments of the quartz pipes from being scattered over the target processing water by maintaining the shape of the quartz pipes even when the quartz pipes are collided with stone and metal fragments, which are transferred with high speed in the target processing water, and damaged, to prevent UV lamps embedded in the quartz pipes from being damaged, to keep user safety and environment by blocking leakage of mercury contained in the UV lamps even when the quartz pipes and the UV lamps are damaged, and to lower manufacturing costs and maintenance costs by omitting complex wiping devices. In order to achieve the objectives, the UV sterilizer which equips with the UV chamber or the UV irradiation module comprises: installation members which include pipes or support structures; a plurality of quartz pipes which is installed in the installation members and selectively equips with wiper ring devices (no diagram); and the UV lamps which are installed for irradiating the inside of the quartz pipes with UV and sterilizing the target processing water.
