The present invention relates to a medical screw operation device, an operation robot having the same, and an operation method using an operation robot having a medical screw operation device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a medical screw operation device, an operation robot having the same, and an operation method using an operation robot having a medical screw operation device, wherein the operation process is simple such that the operation time is shortened; the operation tool has a simple configuration such that the operation can be conducted conveniently at a reduced medical cost; a pedicle screw insertion operation can be performed quickly and conveniently using a robot; and the accuracy of the operation can be improved. A medical screw operation device according to the present invention is a medical screw operation device characterized by comprising: an operation device body having an insertion passage formed inside a rod-shaped body; an expansion member installed on the lower portion of the operation device body, a guide hole being formed inside the expansion member; a guide member installed to be able to move in the guide hole of the expansion member; and a ram member installed in the insertion passage of the operation device body so as to control the upward/downward movement of the guide member.
