A surgical guide comprises a member including an inner surface defining a cavity configured for disposal of at least one surgical instrument. The member further includes at least one locking element configured for mating engagement with a spinal implant such that the member is rotatable relative to the spinal implant to selectively orient the at least one surgical instrument.
