The present invention provides a multistage plant cultivation shelf that is easy and inexpensive to assemble, remove and transfer, and that is easy and safe for workers to work. A frame structure 110 is assembled by arranging columns 111 extending vertically from a ground contact surface and laying a plurality of beam members 112 extending horizontally between adjacent columns 111. These beam members 112 are locked to the columns 111 by engaging the wedge members 112 b provided on the beam members 112 with the wedge receiving members 111 c of the columns 111. Further, a plurality of decks 121 are installed across the beam member 112, and the cultivation tank 122 is installed on the decks 121. Around the cultivation tank 122, a work passage section 131 and an inter-tank passage section 132 are provided for each predetermined cultivation tank 122.
