The present invention relates to a warp-knitted fixation unit made on a double needle bed Raschel knitting machine, substantially in one piece. The warp-knitted fixation unit comprises a body part extending between a first and second end, having a first side edge and a second side edge, the first end of the body part comprising a first waist band, the second end of the body part comprising a second waist band, respectively, the waist bands being interknitted with the body part, the body part comprising at least a first layer and a second layer, the first layer being in one piece.
