PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixing apparatus that can prevent disposal of a thin liquid and produce a planned amount of production, without using a complicated structure and component, at low cost only of the extension of a conduit and a thin liquid re-preparation tank.SOLUTION: A liquid mixing apparatus 100 includes: a blender 120 for producing a liquid product of standard liquid containing a predetermined concentration of raw liquid, by mixing water with a predetermined quantity of the raw liquid while measuring them a deaeration tank 130 for deaerating the product standard liquid produced by the blender 120 and a sterilizer 140 for sterilizing the product standard liquid.
