PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for generating microbubbles with an enhanced cleaning effect by reducing each bubble diameter of microbubbles to increase the surface area, so as to enhance the surface activity.SOLUTION: The apparatus for generating microbubbles includes: a main mixing part 3 having an inflow part 5 in which a pressured gas is flowed and an outflow part 6 from which a mixed fluid is flown out and a sub mixing part 4 having a mixing chamber 11 for mixing a plurality of liquids press-fed from a plurality of liquid inflow ports 12, 13 to send the mixed fluid to the main mixing part 3. In the main mixing part 3, both channels of the inflow part 5 and the outflow part 6 have large diameters, and the center part is a small-diameter part 7.
