PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam sterilization device which can prevent condensation at taking out sterilized things even if a door of a sterilizing tank is not left open for long time.SOLUTION: After steam sterilization of sterilized things in a sterilizing tank 2 and drying, when the door of the sterilizing tank 2 is opened, the door is opened after attempting second drying of the sterilized things in the sterilizing tank 2. Preferably, in a case that after the dry step, decompression means 4 is not operated and standing-by with a feed valve 18 is opened and the stand-by time is longer than a setting stand-by time, when receiving door opening command from a control panel, after decompression of inside of the sterilizing tank 2 by the decompression means 4 with the feed valve 18 is closed and stopping of the decompression means 4 while opening the feed valve 18 to restore pressure in the sterilizing tank 2, the door is opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】滅菌運転終了後、長時間に亘って滅菌槽のドアが開放されなかった場合でも、滅菌物を取り出す際の結露を防止できる蒸気滅菌装置を提供する。【解決手段】滅菌槽2内で滅菌物を蒸気滅菌してから乾燥後、滅菌槽2のドアを開放する際、滅菌槽2内の滅菌物の再度の乾燥を図ってから、ドアを開放する。好適には、乾燥工程の終了後、減圧手段4を作動させずに且つ給気弁18を開けた状態で待機し、この待機が設定待機時間を超えた場合、操作パネルによりドア開放指令を受けると、給気弁18を閉じた状態で減圧手段4により滅菌槽2内を減圧後、減圧手段4を停止すると共に給気弁18を開けて滅菌槽2内を復圧してから、ドアを開放する。【選択図】図1
