PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the re-discharge of a sterilizer from the matter to be sterilized, the matter being easy to adsorb a sterilizer after sterilization treatment.SOLUTION: The sterilization device practicing sterilization treatment of charging a sterilizer to a pressure-reduced sterilization chamber determines, by test decompression of decompressing the sterilization chamber stored with the matter to be sterilized before performing the sterilization treatment, whether the level of the properties of adsorbing the sterilizer in the sterilization chamber is higher or not than the standard value of the test decompression during the sterilization treatment. If the level is determined to be higher than the standard value, based on the acquired current time and process time required for the sterilization treatment practiced in succession to the test decompression, the sterilization device determines whether the sterilization treatment of the matter to be sterilized stored in the sterilization chamber is started delayedly or not, and sets timer reservation of starting the sterilization treatment delayedly while accommodating the matter to be sterilized in the sterilization chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】滅菌処理後の滅菌剤を吸着しやすい被滅菌物からの滅菌剤の再放出を低減すること。【解決手段】減圧された滅菌室に滅菌剤を投入する滅菌処理を実行する滅菌装置が、滅菌処理を実行する前の、被滅菌物を収容した滅菌室を減圧するテスト減圧により、滅菌処理中に滅菌室の滅菌剤を吸着する性質のレベルがテスト減圧の基準値よりも高いか否かを判断して、レベルが基準値よりも高いと判断された場合に、取得した現在時刻とテスト減圧に続いて実行する滅菌処理に必要なプロセス時間に基づいて、滅菌室に収容されている被滅菌物の滅菌処理を遅らせて開始すべきか否かを判断して被滅菌物を滅菌室に収容したままで滅菌処理を遅らせて開始するタイマー予約を設定する。【選択図】 図4
