The column for generating radiopharmaceuticals for diagnosing and treating cancer comprises: a body (100)； a coupling injection unit (200)； an adsorbent (300)； and a support unit (400). The body (100) has one side opened or both sides opened. Additionally, the coupling injection unit (200) comprises: an injection unit body (210)； a main coupling means (220)； an coupling injection tube (230)； and a packing unit (500). Furthermore, the assembly of the column for generating radiopharmaceuticals for diagnosing and treating cancer includes: the column (100) for generating radiopharmaceuticals for diagnosing and treating cancer； a connection coupling means (610)； a connection tube (600)； and a distribution connection device (620).본 발명은 방사성 의약품의 암진단제 및 치료제 생성용 컬럼에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 암진단용으로 사용되고 있는 수용액 상태의 방사성물질이 포함된 의약품을 생성시키기 위하여 흡착제와 필터가 고분자 화합 물질 용기에 구비되어 있어 컬럼의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 어미 핵종의 흡착효율을 높일 수 있도록 하고 딸 핵종의 용출효율을 높이도록 한 방사성 의약품의 암진단제 및 치료제 생성용 컬럼에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 본체(100), 결합주입부(200), 흡착제(300), 지지고정부(400)를 포함하여 구성된 방사성 의약품의 암진단제 및 암치료제 생성용 칼럼을 제공한다.또한 본 발명은 상기한 본체(100)가 일면 개방형 본체 또는 양쪽 개방형 본체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 의약품의 암진단제 및 암치료제 생성용 칼럼을 제공한다.또한 본 발명은 상기한 결합주입부(200)는 주입부본체(210), 주결합수단(220), 연결주입관(230)으로 이루어지고,패킹부(500)가 더 부가된 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 의약품의 암진단제 및 암치료제 생성용 칼럼을 제공한다.또한 본 발명은 상기한 방사성 의약품의 암진단제 및 암치료제 생성용 칼럼(100) 및, 연결결합수단(610), 연결관(600), 유통연결기구(620)를 포함하여 구성된 방사성 의약품의 암진단제 및 암치료제 생성용 칼럼 어셈블리를 제공한다.
