PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that: conventional inflammation inhibitors are insufficient in terms of safety and effectiveness, particularly inflammation inhibitors effective for chronic inflammation have been demanded.SOLUTION: There is provided a leukocyte activation inhibitor including one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of S-allyl glutathione, S-allyl glutathione derivatives and salts thereof.
