PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to change the orientation of a frame receiving a relief load via only natural motion of a walking trainee changing the orientation of his/her trunk to the right or left.SOLUTION: A frame member F capable of turning and traveling using traveling wheels 2, 3 having a caster function includes: a pair of right and left post members 10; and a connection member 20 that connects upper ends of the post members. A hanger member 30 extending in the right and left direction is vertically slidably engaged with the pair of right and left post members 10. On the hanger member 30 are provided one or more sets of suspension parts 41 (to 44), each of which is composed of a pair of right and left parts. In a state in which body weight relief is applied to a walking trainee P by the frame member F via a harness 90 and the hanger member 30, motion of the walking trainee P's trunk changing the orientation to the right or left is transmitted to the post members 10 via a pair of right and left suspension parts 91 and the hanger member 30 and the frame member F changes its orientation to the right or left.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】歩行訓練者が胴体の向きを左右に変更するという自然な動きのみによって、免荷荷重を受けるフレームの向きを変更できるようにする。
