PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the enlargement of an aneurysm, and to deter biotissue from being pressed by the aneurysm after treatment.SOLUTION: A device assembly 10 for aneurysm treatment includes a sheath 12 which is internally provided with a lumen 22 for wires elongated in an axial direction, and a wire 14 which can be continuously sent out from a tip opening 24 of the sheath 12 communicating with the lumen 22 for wires. The wire 14 comprises an elongated part 30 which is linearly elongated in the state of not being housed in the lumen 22 for wires, and a coil part 32 which continues into the tip side of the elongated part 30 and which spirally surrounds the elongated part 30.
