The present invention relates to a method for preparing a bone graft material in the form of a combination of ceramic particles having a plurality of holes penetrating the whole particle, and a bone graft material prepared thereby. The method for preparing a bone graft material according to the present invention not only can develop a variety of products by modifying the shape of the mold as desired, but also can be prepared to match the shape of the bone graft material to the shape of the surgical site, thereby providing convenience of the procedure. In addition, it is possible to control the mechanical properties, such as porosity, mechanical compressive strength by varying the type of particles to enter the mold. Furthermore, the bone graft material prepared by the preparation method according to the present invention has easy cell adhesion as well as excellent strength and biocompatibility.본 발명은 입자 전체를 관통하는 홀(hole)이 복수로 형성된 세라믹 입자들이 결합된 형태의 골이식재의 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 골이식재에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 골이식재의 제조방법은 몰드의 형상을 원하는 대로 변형함으로써 다양한 제품 개발이 가능해질 뿐만 아니라 골이식재의 형상을 시술 부위의 형태에 맞도록 제조할 수 있어, 시술의 편의성을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.또한, 몰드안에 들어가는 입자의 종류를 다양하게 하여 공극률, 기계적 압축강도와 같은 기계적 특성을 조절할 수 있는 효과가 있다.나아가, 본 발명에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조된 골이식재는 세포부착이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 강도 및 생체적합성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
