PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epicondylitis strap which can be easily attached to extremely many applications.SOLUTION: The epicondylitis strap has a retaining part (1) contractible by a steplessly controllable retaining strap (2) wherein a pad (9) to give pressure to a pressure requiring location is disposed. The pad (9) is attached to the retaining part (1) and is in a rectangular shape. A tab (7) is set on the retaining part (1), covers the elbow articulation by the retaining part (1) attached to the arm, and surrounds the elbow articulation by receiving the elbow (15). When the retaining part (1) is attached, the tab (7) guided by the elbow (15) acts as a positioning assistance part for positioning the retaining part (1) and the retaining part (1) is attached to either right or left arm by the positioning assistance part. A support for the pad (9) is set inside the retaining part (1) for attaching the pad (9) to the right or left arm.
