The present invention relates to a method for measuring a physiological parameter of a subject via an optical measurement device wherein said method comprises the following steps: - the optical measurement device (1,1bis) is placed opposite a skin surface (10) of the subject, such that the primary focal point of the optical lens is positioned at a predetermined skin depth, - the photosensitive receiver (4) receives light rays from the first primary focal point, at the predetermined skin depth, - the light rays received by the photosensitive receiver (4) are analyzed, and the analysis results are compared with the known data, such as to determine the physiological parameter of the subject.Método para medir un parámetro fisiológico de un sujeto por medio de un dispositivo de medición óptico, donde dicho método comprende las etapas de: colocar en lugar el dispositivo de medición óptico (1, 1bis) que mira a la superficie de la piel (10) del sujeto, de modo que el punto focal del objeto del objetivo óptico se posicione a una profundidad predeterminada de la piel, recibir por el receptor fotosensible (4) rayos de luz desde el primer punto focal del objeto, a una profundidad predeterminada de piel, analizar los rayos de luz recibidos por el receptor fotosensible (4) y comparar los resultados de los análisis con datos conocidos, de modo de determinar el parámetro fisiológico del sujeto.
