The roaster of the present invention comprises: a roasting part installed vertically upward with a reverse U-shape； an input conveyor belt installed adjacent to the roasting part to feed an object to be roasted to the roasting part； a heater part installed at the center of the roasting part to roast the object to be roasted； a detaching member for detaching the object to be roasted from the roasting part； and a discharge conveyor belt for discharging the object to be detached by the detaching member.
