To provide a skin care preparation by solving the problems in a preparation design including kojic acids and having a comfortable feeling in use. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is obtained by incorporating a water- soluble base including alcohol (s) and water with a hydrophilic surfactant and a specific oil (having an inorganicity number in the organic conception diagram of greater than 100 but not greater than 350) and also kojic and/or a derivative thereof as active ingredient. This skin care preparation thus obtained is stable with time and has very comfortable feeling in use with neither peculiar odor nor greasiness.
