Disclosed is a medical three-way valve comprising: a valve body having first, second and third branches branching from the valve body in different directions a flow path switching member rotationally coupled to the valve body and having first to third flow paths for selectively connecting the first to third branch pipes and a filter installed at a connection part of the first to third flow paths inside the flow path switching member.
