The container main body (11) has an opening (17) on an upper surface thereof (12) and includes a containing chamber (18) therein. The upper surface (12) of the container main body (11) is inclined. A cover (13) is made of a waterproof resin. The opening (17) is opened and closed in a liquid-tight manner. The shoulder belts (15, 16) are attached on a back surface of the container main body (11) and have main belts (37) with elasticity to softly contact shoulders of a fisherman.
