The compound denoted by the chemical formula 2 is prepared by reacting a compound denoted by chemical formula 4 and a compound denoted by chemical formula 5.본 발명은 시스테인 선택성을 갖는 화학정량 형광 표지자, 그 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 생체내 시스테인 영상화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는, 화학식 1의 시스테인 선택성을 갖는 화학정량 형광 표지자, 그 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 생체내 시스테인 영상화 방법에 관한 것이다:<；화학식 1>；본 발명에 따른 시스테인 선택성을 갖는 화학정량 형광 표지자는 시스테인에 대해서 높은 선택성을 나타내고, 매우 작은 농도의 시스테인도 검출할 수 있으며, 우수한 발광 특성을 보이고, 특히, 생체 내에서 직접적으로, 또한 실시간으로 시스테인을 영상화할 수 있다.
