The present invention relates to a patch which is attached onto teeth or the periphery of teeth, which comprises: a drug layer delivering drugs to the teeth； and a support layer positioned on the opposite side of a tooth attachment side of the drug layer, containing a water-insoluble polymer and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), and degraded by toothbrushing. The patch of the present invention can be easily removed by toothbrushing, without an additional need of taking out the support layer.본 발명은 치아에 약물을 전달하는 약물층, 및 상기 약물층의 치아 부착면 반대편에 위치하며, 수불용성 고분자 및 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스(HPMC)를 포함하는 지지층을 포함하고, 상기 지지층은 칫솔질로 분해되는, 치아 또는 치아 주변부 부착용 패치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 패치는 별도로 지지층을 떼어내지 않고, 양치만으로 쉽게 제거될 수 있다.
