The present invention relates to a tooth-attachable patch which comprises: a drug layer delivering drugs to teeth； and a support layer positioned on the opposite side of a tooth-attached side of the drug layer and contains both a water-soluble polymer and a water-insoluble polymer. The tooth-attachable patch of the present invention can be easily removed only by toothbrushing without additionally removing the support layer.본 발명은 치아에 약물을 전달하는 약물층 및 상기 약물층의 치아 부착면 반대편에 위치하며, 수용성 고분자 및 수불용성 고분자를 동시에 포함하는 지지층을, 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아 부착용 패치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 패치는 별도로 지지층을 떼어내지 않고, 양치만으로 쉽게 제거될 수 있다.
