PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive skin patch with good texture and low in dermal irritancy while having sufficient adhesiveness when pasted on skin, and good in skin penetrability of flurbiprofen, exhibiting sufficient transdermal absorptivity.SOLUTION: In the adhesive skin patch formed of a self-adhesive layer for retaining a chemical drug on a support, the self-adhesive layer includes a thermoplastic elastomer, liquid paraffin exceeding 300 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the elastomer, flurbiprofen and its solvent.
