To this end, the composition of the present invention comprises: 50-70 wt% of a coconut composite, 5-10 wt% of a Silybum marianum Gaertn. extract, 5-10 wt% of an Urtica thunbergiana Sieb. et Zucc root extract, 5-10 wt% of a Lepidium meyenii root extract, 10-15 wt% of an Eclipta prostrata extract, 0.1-2 wt% of vitamin B1, and 0.1-2 wt% of vitamin B12 with respect to the total weight of the composition.
