PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage-making apparatus capable of mixing a basic ingredient for mixing with heated liquid and cooling a liquid mixture made by mixing in a short time, and facilitating washing.SOLUTION: A milk preparation part (30) includes a mixing container (32) for discharging a milk (M) prepared by inserting a powdered milk, from a milk preparation-part discharge spout (34). A cooling part (40) has a container shape, the diameter of which is gradually reduced from the upper part to the lower part so as to exchange heat of a cooling water (CW) with that of the milk (M) via a partition plate (42). The milk preparation part (30) and the cooling part (40) are detachably connected integrally such that the milk preparation-part discharge spout (34) is disposed near an outer periphery of the upper part of the cooling part (40).
