The invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, and can be used as a complex biomedical system for the diagnosis, treatment, and prophylaxis of patients with genomic pathology of the cornea. To this end, a differential diagnosis with regard to hereditary and secondary keratectasia, keratoconus and hereditary forms of corneal dystrophy is performed on the basis of the results of preclinical and clinical ophthalmological, equipment and instrument, general syndromological, and molecular genetics studies. Once a verified clinical diagnosis has been established, surgical treatment is carried out according to an anatomic level of damage, and prophylaxis of further disease is carried out. The invention makes it possible to determine a clinical genetic variant of a genomic pathology of the cornea, establish a differential diagnosis of Mendelian pathology of the visual organ with multifactorial genetic polymorphic diseases, and select a pathogenetically oriented surgical treatment according to the ultrastructural level of damage to the cornea of the eye.L'invention concerne le domaine de la médecine et notamment de l'ophtalmologie et peut s'utiliser en tant que système médico-biologique complet destiné au diagnostic, au traitement et à la prévention visant les patients souffrant d'une pathologie génomique de la cornée. A cet effet, on procède à un diagnostic différentiel des kératectasies sous leurs formes héréditaires ou secondaires, du kératocône et des formes héréditaires de la distrophie de la cornée selon les résultats d'examens précliniques, cliniques, ophtalmologiques, matérielles et instrumentales, générales syndromologiques et moléculaires et génétiques. En cas de diagnostic clinique établi et vérifié, on effectue un traitement chirurgical en fonction du degré anatomique de la lésion et on effectue la prévention de l'évolution ultérieure de la maladie.
