PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a packing interposed in the seam of a stirring container in a food material stirring device.SOLUTION: In the stirring operation of a food material stirring device 1 where vinegared rice is produced by performing stirring in a state where rice or the like and vinegar or the like are stored in a drum 3 composing a stirring container, the drum 3 is oscillated by one reciprocation or more and is thereafter rotated for a plurality of times. In this way, the vinegar or the like can be absorbed into the rice or the like by the oscillation operation of the drum 3, upon the rotational operation of the drum 3, the leakage of the vinegar or the like from the seam S of the drum 3 can be prevented. Thus, the packing of the seam S in the drum 3 can be removed. In the oscillation operation of the drum 3, the reciprocation frequency of the drum 3 is controlled to three, and the angle θ formed between the seam S of the drum 3 and the vertical line in the upper limit of the tilt in the drum 3 is controlled to 15 degrees. Further, in one rolling operation of the drum 3, the rotational frequency is controlled to 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】食材撹拌装置の攪拌容器の合わせ目に介在されるパッキンを無くす。【解決手段】攪拌容器を構成するドラム3の中に米飯等と食酢等とを収容した状態で攪拌することで酢飯を製造する食材攪拌装置1の攪拌動作において、ドラム3を1往復以上揺動させた後に複数回回転させる。これにより、ドラム3の揺動動作によって食酢等を米飯等に吸収させることができるので、ドラム3の回転動作の際にドラム3の合わせ目Sから食酢等が漏れないようにすることができる。このため、ドラム3の合わせ目Sのパッキンを無くすことができる。ドラム3の揺動動作においては、ドラム3の往復回数を3往復とし、ドラム3の傾斜上限時におけるドラム3の合わせ目Sと鉛直線との成す角度θを15度とした。また、ドラム3の1回転動作時においては、回転数を9回転とした。【選択図】図6
