The present invention relates to a compact and non-powered mushroom cultivator that facilitates mushroom cultivation in a space equipped with no mushroom cultivation facility. The compact and non-powered mushroom cultivator according to the present invention includes: a body portion having the form of a container with an open upper portion and having a plurality of inflow holes for air flow at an upper side surface circumference between an inner bottom and the following supporting portion； a lid covering an upper surface of the body portion and having a plurality of outflow holes for air flow between a side surface and an upper portion； and the supporting portion shaped such that air and moisture can move in a vertical direction and positioned at a predetermined distance from an inner bottom surface of the body portion.
