Provided is the mushroom cultivation vessel comprising: a lower vessel having an inlet in an upper part, and accommodating a medium of a mushroom inside an upper vessel installed in the upper side of the lower vessel, having an inlet in a lower part, and accommodating a mushroom germinated and growing from the medium and a connection cap formed by connecting the lower cap covering the inlet of the lower vessel and the upper cap covering the inlet of the upper vessel, having an open hole in the center, and having a plurality of ventilation holes along an edge of the upper cap. According to the present invention, air required for growth of various mushrooms smoothly flows in and out as ventilation is excellent, and optimal conditions required for growth of a mushroom are qualified as humidity is properly maintained.
