PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems to help a person with weakened lower limbs stand up, in which generally the person is taken up, or a chair and tool are used in which a mechanical method, or an accordion air-cushion or air chamber inflation are employed to push up buttocks, however, the mechanical method depends on a large and complicated structure with weight, and a battery power supply is used to cause an increase of charging cost and work, and also the air-cushion system uses an electric pump using the battery power supply, and thereby the charging cost and work are increased, resulting in inconvenience.SOLUTION: Air is sent into an expanding/shrinking small air chamber installed between a seat plate and a bottom plate by using a hand-pump with a high-pressure tank installed in the bottom plate, and thereby a care-giver and a care-receiver oneself can easily lift buttocks and stand up in a short time. Also, a seat surface comprising a material of metal, resin and wood is made in a shape of receiving the buttocks well and is stabilized. Also, the manual pump is integrated with the seat having the high-pressure tank, so that the operation of the care-receiver oneself is enabled and the body-friendly operation becomes possible.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】下肢の弱った人を立ち上がらせるためには一般的に抱きかかえ上げるか、機械的な方法や蛇腹式の空気マットや空気室膨張させて臀部を押し上げる椅子や用具がある。機械的な方法では複雑な構造で大型になり重量もありバッテリー電源を使用するため充電コストや作業の増加を招く、また空気マット方式無もバッテリー電源を使用した電動ポンプを使用するため充電コストや作業の増加を招くので使い勝手が悪い。【解決手段】座板と底板の間に取り付けられた膨張・収縮する小型の空気室に底板に取り付けられた高圧タンク付手動ポンプで空気を送り込むことにより短時間で楽に介護者や被介護者自らが臀部を持ち上げ起立することができる。また、金属・樹脂・木製の素材からなる座面は臀部の収まりが良い形状に加工することで安定する。また、高圧タンク付手動ポンプと座を一体化したことで被介護者自らの操作が可能になり体に優しい操作が可能になった。【選択図】 図1
