According to the present invention, the power supply apparatus supplying power to an electric motion medical device comprises: a battery capable of being charged and discharged to supply power to the electric motion medical device； a display unit displaying the charging status of the electric motion medical device which received power of the battery； a power terminal unit including a power cable a first charging terminal and a second charging terminal in order to charge the battery by supplying power to the power supply apparatus； a terminal unit including a connection cable, an overload switch, a fuse and an electronic device connection unit in order to charge the battery by being electrically connected to the electric motion medical device； a control unit controlling the motion of the terminal unit by detecting the electrical connection status of the terminal unit, and controlling the supply to the electrical connection terminal and the connection cable with respect to the power of the battery； a charging and discharging unit capable of charging or discharging the battery by the control unit； and a protection unit performing an operation of protecting the battery under control of the control unit, performing functions to protect against over-charging, over-discharging, over-current, over-voltage and over-heating, and performing a cell balancing function with respect to the battery.
