Therefore, it is expected to be useful for research on the progress, pathology, and physiological mechanisms of heart disease including hypertrophy at the individual level.본 발명은 심비대증 동물 모델 제작용 재조합 벡터, 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 심비대증 동물 모델 및 이의 제작 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 재조합 벡터를 마우스의 심근 세포에 특이적으로 발현시킬 경우, 마이크로RNA의 비정규 G:A 워블(wobble) 염기 배열 표적 사이트만을 인식하여 억제함으로써 심근 세포의 크기가 증가하는 생물학적 기능이 나타나고, 이로 인해 심비대증이 유도되는 바, 심비대증이 유도된 동물 모델을 제조하여 개체 수준에 있어서 심비대증을 포함한 심장 질환의 진행 경과 및 병리, 생리학적 기전 연구에 유용하게 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
