PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging system which is further improved in convenience, by enhancing flexibility in arrangement of a communication interface for exchanging control signals between a device in an imaging room and a controller outside the room.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging system 1 comprises: an imaging room 10 which is electromagnetically shielded with a shielding wall 11 and provided with a magnetic resonance imaging device an automatic injection device 15 for injecting medicine liquid to a patient and a controller 21 which is arranged outside the imaging room and controls operation of the injection device 15. The communication between the injection device 15 and the controller 21 is performed through a communication interface 18.
