PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional aid machine using a lift or crane as a living aid or for nursing care for persons with physical disabilities such as the elderly or the sick, wherein entrance or exit through a doorway or the like in a general home is difficult if a machine height is high even though the higher the machine height is, the easier the lifting step is, and wherein the conventional aid machine can not be lifted to a necessary height if the machine height is low even if the aid machine can pass through the doorway, etc.SOLUTION: A special trolley is attached to a gate-shaped frame including a pair of supports 2 and a rail 1 temporarily laid between the upper ends of the supports in such a way as horizontally movable.
