PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a secreted IgA production inducer that can be manufactured by a low cost and conveniently and a method of manufacturing the secreted IgA production inducer.SOLUTION: The secreted IgA production inducer includes a coffee roast bean that contains at least 225.0 mg/kg in total of 2-methylpyrazine, 2,5-dimethylpyrazine, and 2,6-dimethylpyrazine and the extract of the coffee roast bean as active ingredients.
