The invention relates to plasma technology, in particular to devices for plasma treatment of wounds, and can be used in comprehensive treatment of chronic, infected, and severe wounds. The device for plasma treatment of wounds comprises a hollow cylindrical housing, a conical tip, and an axial electrode. The tip is configured in the form of a nozzle having a central opening and a cooling circuit. The axial electrode is mounted in the housing by means of a coaxial insulating cartridge comprising longitudinal channels. The device is fitted with an end sleeve, in which the end piece of the axial electrode is fixed and longitudinal channels are configured, which in assembled condition align with the channels of the cartridge. The coupling and the cartridge are fitted with a feed channel for the working gas, said channel communicating with the central opening of the nozzle feed and outlet channels for coolant, said feed and outlet channels communicating with the cooling circuit of the nozzle and an electrical power channel, in which an electrical wire is arranged, which supplies voltage to the end tip.
