PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp care implement in which rotary treatment elements can be smoothly rotated by engaging gears reliably with each other.SOLUTION: A scalp care implement comprises: a frame 2； an electric motor 3 housed in the frame 2； a transmission mechanism 4 for transmitting the rotary motion of the electric motor 3； a rotation mechanism part 7 rotated by the transmission mechanism 4； and a plurality of rotary treatment elements 5, 5 connected to the rotation mechanism part 7. The transmission mechanism 4 comprises: a plurality of bevel gears 35L, 35R connected to the rotation mechanism part 7； and driven-side bevel gears 36L, 36R engaged with the bevel gears 35L, 35R.
