The object of the present invention is the application of a combination of 2- [2-hydroxy-3- (trimethylammonio) propoxy] ethylcellulose ether chloride and at least one amino acid selected from arginine , lysine, histidine or at least one of the salts of these amino acids in a blond coloring powder for the reduction of damage to the keratinous fibers by a blonding treatment by oxidation. L'objet de la présente invention est l'application d'une combinaison de chlorure d'éther de 2-[2-hydroxy-3-(triméthylammonio)propoxy]éthylcellulose et d'au moins un acide aminé, sélectionné parmi l'arginine, la lysine, l'histidine ou au moins un des sels de ces acides aminés dans une poudre de coloration en blond pour la réduction des dommages portés aux fibres kératiniques par un traitement blondissant par oxydation.
