PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information acquisition device which has a vibration sensor detecting vibration including a subjects heartbeat and accurately calculates the subjects cardiac rate or fluctuation of pulsation interval.SOLUTION: A sensor selection part 10 selects the vibration sensor outputting the waveform having clear amplitude equal to R wave in an electrocardiogram among a plurality of vibration sensors 3A-3C. A fluctuation calculation part 12 calculates a subjects cardiac rate or fluctuation of pulsation interval according to the vibration signals of the selected vibration sensor.
