PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antacid containing no aluminum for preventing aluminum troubles such as aluminum-related bone disease and aluminum encephalopathy by dialysis for diabetic patients with deteriorated renal functions though an aluminum-containing inorganic antacid exhibits excellent persistent antacid effects.SOLUTION: Scaly calcium hydrogenphosphate, which is constituted of primary particles having an average particle size of 0.05-5 &mum, is in a shape of a powder having an average particle size of 0.1-10 &mum or a granule having an average particle size of 10-500 &mum, has a specific surface area of 5-60 m2/g, a static bulk specific volume of 1-10 mL/g and an oil absorption of 0.5-3.0 mL/g and is represented by formula (I): Al2O3-xMgO-ySiO2 mH2O (wherein m is a numerical value within the range of 0&lem&le0.5), has a longer duration of antacid effects than common calcium hydrogenphosphate and is therefore suitable as an antacid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】アルミニウム系無機制酸剤は制酸持続効果が優れているが、腎臓機能低下した糖尿病患者では、人工透析によるアルミニウム骨症やアルミニウム脳症などのアルミニウム障害を防止するため、アルミニウムを含有しない制酸剤が求められている。【解決手段】平均粒子径が0.05~5μmの一次粒子から構成され、形状が平均粒子径0.1~10μmの粉体又は平均粒子径10~500μmの粒体であり、比表面積が5~60m2/g、静的嵩比容積が1~10ml/g、吸油量が0.5~3.0ml/gである下式(I)Al2O3・xMgO・ySiO2・mH2O (I)(式中、mは0≦m≦0.5の範囲の数を示す)で表される鱗片状のリン酸水素カルシウムは、一般のリン酸水素カルシウムよりも制酸持続時間が長く、制酸剤として好適である。【選択図】図3
