摘要：: The object of the present invention is benzothiazine derivatives having the capability of inhibiting 11β-HSD1 not only at an enzymatic level but also at a cell level.The compounds of the present invention are of general formula (I):Wherein notably R1represents a hydrogen or OR1 represents an ester or an ether.R2represents a naphthyl or a 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalene or a biphenyl or phenyl pyridine or a substituted phenyl.R3represents a methyl or ethylR4and R’4represent a hydrogen.本發明的目標係苯并硫氮衍生物，其不僅在酵素階層亦在細胞階層具有抑制11β-HSD1的能力。本發明的化合物係具有通式化學式(I)：其中值得注意地R1代表一個氫或OR1代表一酯或一醚。R2代表一個萘基或一個1,2,3,4-四氫-萘或一個聯苯基或苯基吡啶或一個經取代的苯基。R3代表一個甲基或乙基R4與R’4代表一個氫。
